Welsh Government Building Regulations - Consultation
 

The Department for Environment & Sustainable Development has issued a consultation on a draft set of regulations.

Welsh Government would like to hear your views on the draft regulations. This consultation contains proposals which: 

Implement the requirements of the EU Directive 2010/31/EU on the Energy Performance of Buildings
Minor changes to facilitate the Green Deal
Amendments to Schedule 3 in relation to the self-certification (competent person) schemes.
