LENDERS – Project update seminar

Following our launch event back in April the LENDERS team have been busy progressing with a variety of tasks. Join us at this breakfast seminar to hear how the team have fared in trying to evidence the need for mortgage affordability calculations to incorporate a home's energy efficiency and consumer utility bills. Presentations will be from BRE, Principality and Arup providing an update on work to date.

There will also be an opportunity for delegates to contribute to the project as we discuss any unintended consequences the LENDERS project could have within the mortgage lending as well as the housing and energy efficiency markets.
