On Monday we saw news that Welsh Government is backing the construction of the new £45m Cardiff and the Vale College new flagship Canal Parade Campus in Cardiff Bay. Then we heard the news that Spanish developer FCC and local partner Alun Griffiths (Contractors) will start preparatory work before Christmas
