Title: BIM Advanced 2 - Government Soft Landings (GSL)
Date: Monday 24th June 2013
Location: Swansea (venue to be confirmed on registration)
Time: 8am – 1pm (finish with lunch)
Cost: £90 (+ VAT)

The traditional design and construction process creates and delivers project information that is contractually compliant, but is also insufficient to allow the owner / operator of  the asset to maximise its in use functions or smoothly move the asset from creation into  the asset management regime and FM processes. GSL protocols and the BIM approach can alleviate this dynamic and reduce the loss of information and improve the transition from construction into asset and facilities management. This course looks at the GSL process and processes and examines what it means at various stages of a construction project, from inception through briefing, design development, construction, commissioning (training and handover) through to in use measures in line with the digital plan of work for first 3 years post completion.

The session will look at the process and examine the practices used by various organisations around GSL. This course will be of interest to client bodies, designers and constructor teams and may be of value to manufacturers who are on the BIM journey.

Lleoliad: Abertawe (lleoliad i’w gadarnhau ar ôl cofrestru)
Amser: 8am - 1pm (gyda chinio ar y diwedd)

Mae’r broses draddodiadol o ddylunio ac adeiladu yn cynhyrchu’r wybodaeth angenrheidiol er mwyn cydymffurfio â gofynion contractau. Fodd bynnag, nid yw’r wybodaeth honno’n ddigonol i alluogi perchenogion neu weithredwyr asedau newydd i fanteisio i’r eithaf ar bosibiliadau eu hasedau a symud yn esmwyth o’r cyfnod creu i’r cyfnod rheoli. Gall protocolau GSL a dulliau BIM fod o gymorth yn y cyfnod trawsnewid gan leihau maint y wybodaeth a gollir a gwella’r trosglwyddiad o gyfnod adeiladu i gyfnod rhedeg yr ased. Bydd y cwrs hwn yn edrych ar wahanol brosesau GSL gan ystyried beth mae GSL yn ei olygu ar wahanol adegau yn y cyfnod adeiladu – y syniad dechreuol, y cyfnod briffio, datblygu’r dyluniad, y cyfnod adeiladu, y comisiynu (hyfforddi a throsglwyddo) hyd at y gofynion wrth redeg yr adeilad yn unol â chynllun gweithredu digidol am y 3 blynedd gyntaf ar ôl gorffen adeiladu.

Bydd y sesiwn yn edrych ar y prosesau ac yn archwilio arferion gwahanol sefydliadau a fu’n gweithredu GSL. Bydd y cwrs o ddiddordeb i gyrff cleientiaid a thimau dylunio ac adeiladu. Gallai hefyd fod yn gwrs gwerthfawr i gynhyrchwyr sydd ar y daith BIM.

Sut i archebu lle: Gyrrwch ebost at CEWales Digwyddiadau gan nodi eich manylion cyswllt yn llawn ac enwi pawb sy’n dymuno mynychu. Gall amnewid cynrychiolwyr ar unrhyw adeg.

I ymaelodi â’r Clwb Arfer Gorau ewch i Dudalen y Clwb am fwy o fanylion.

Erbyn hyn mae modd talu trwy ddefnyddio cerdyn credyd neu ddebyd.

Bydd diffyg presenoldeb gan unrhyw cynrychiolydd cofrestredig yn cael ei godi yn llawn oni bai eich bod wedi dweud wrthym erbyn dydd Gwener 21 Mehefin, 2013.

Er mwyn lleihau gwastraff yn ein digwyddiadau, mae CEW yn gweithredu polisi o gadarnhau manylion y lleoliad ar ôl cofrestru’n unig. Bydd hyn yn sicrhau mai dim ond ar gyfer y rhai sydd wedi cofrestru y byddwn yn darparu ac nad ydym yn gor-archebu ar gyfer unigolion a allasai ddod heb archebu lle, neu rai nad ydynt yn troi fyny ar y diwrnod.
