Title: BIM Advanced Execution Planning – In Practice

This module will help you consider the processes required to implement BIM on a specific project basis and to plan to deliver the efficient coherent and integrated application of BIM. We will consider examples of BIM execution plans and facilitating their use effectively. This module will also explore and explain client side processes for BIM on projects within programmes.

The advanced sessions will continue during June/July with further topics including:
• BIM for civils
• A facilitated software supplier day where technologies and their interoperability will be showcased in a CEW controlled environment
• COBie in detail
• The role of BIM coordinator /manager
• Bottom up object modelling
• BIM in your business - maturity assessment, business strategy and processes around BIM, including representing / winning work skills

Bydd y modiwl hwn yn eich helpu i ystyried y prosesau angenrheidiol er mwyn gweithredu’r Model Gwybodaeth Adeiladu (BIM) yn nhermau prosiectau penodol.  Dangosir sut i gynllunio ar gyfer gweithredu cynllun BIM mewn dull effeithlon, ystyrlon ac integredig.  Ystyrir enghreifftiau o gynlluniau gweithredu BIM a sut y gellir gwneud defnydd effeithiol ohonynt.  Bydd y modiwl hefyd yn archwilio ac egluro prosesau BIM o berspectif ochr y cleient wrth weithredu prosiectau o fewn rhaglenni.

Bydd y sesiynau lefel uwch yn parhau yn ystod Mehefin/ Gorffennaf gyda phynciau eraill megis:

• Diwrnod arddangos meddalwedd lle bydd cyfle i ddysgu am wahanol dechnolegau a’u gallu i ryngweithio.  Gwneir hyn o fewn amgylchedd wedi ei reoli gan Construction Excellence in Wales
• Cyfnewidfa Gwybodaeth Gweithrediadau Adeiladu (COBie) mewn manylder
• Rôl y Cydlynydd / Rheolwr BIM
• Modelu gwrthrych o’r gwaelod i fyny
• BIM o fewn eich busnes – asesiad diwedd cynllun, strategaeth fusnes a phrosesau’n ymwneud â BIM, yn cynnwys cynrychioli / ennill sgiliau gwaith
