Are You All Set For BIM Wales?

BIM is still very much a hot topic in construction generally and something that everyone involved in the Welsh built environment must be aware of. It doesn’t matter if you’re working with the public sector or a small project the lessons from BIM and the benefits it brings apply to the whole of our industry. So, Constructing Excellence in Wales and ICE Wales Cymru are pleased to present the following event a follow up to the successful Demystifying BIM, Intermediate BIM and Government Soft Landings sessions and is presenting BIM 4 Civils – in action.

This half day seminar will look at the drivers and practicalities of BIM and its application and adoption on Civil Engineering projects. The seminar will equip delegates with a sound understanding of BIM, where it has come from and how it has been progressively adopted on projects within a capital programme administered through a framework. The session will be delivered by Professor Andrew Thomas co-author of BIM strategy and recognised BIM presenter and facilitator. Experiences and lessons will be shared by contractors such as Mott MacDonald and there is sure to be a lot of debate and open questions at the session.

To reserve your place please email CEWales Events stating your full contact details and the names of all delegates wishing to attend.
