The South West Wales Best Practice Club are pleased to present their next breakfast event at Canolfan S4C Yr Egin an exciting creative and digital centre that will be based on the University of Wales Trinity Saint David’s campus in Carmarthen.  It will be home to S4C’s main headquarters as well as a number of companies and organisations working with the creative and digital industries. Enabling works started earlier this year with the centre on track to open in Autumn 2018. The University of Wales Trinity Saint David will work with regional construction company Kier Group Plc the main contractor for the project.

The design of the c3,600 square metre building has already received the support of the Design Commission for Wales and is aspiring to embark on the Exemplar program. The internal layout of the building focused around a public foyer and atrium that overarches the three floors.  There will be a specific focus on the broadcasting, performance  and post production on the ground floor, with a range of offices for S4C and other partners on the other two floors. The University will also create new enterprise incubation units, offering access to opportunities, facilities, events and industry networks.

Refreshments and registration will be from 8.30am and the event will commence at 9am with a presentation from the team followed by a site visit. Full PPE is required. The event will conclude at approximately 11am.

How to Book: To reserve your place please email CEWales Events stating your full contact details and the names of all delegates wishing to attend.

Non-attendance by any registered delegate will be charged in full unless you have informed us prior to the event. Substitution of delegates can be made at any time.
