Business Continuity Workshop

Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) provide the arrangements to control, eliminate or reduce the impacts of any significant event occurring that may jeapordise its sustainability. This workshop is a development opportunity for managers and key workers in businesses to understand the principal elements of BCP and how to organize BCM.

Attendees will be given a clear definition of what BCP is and what it encompasses as well as an understanding of risk assessment methodology as applicable to BCP/BCM. They will also be offered guidance and information to develop their own Business Continuity Plan. As BCP and BCM are both now potentially scored in tender submissions it is recommended that those of you in the public sector tendering arena attend.
