Welcome to Our Weekly E-Bulletin

As if we did not know it before, in the last week we have seen and heard even more evidence that Wales is setting a benchmark for the rest of the UK. From legislation around plastic bags, to recommendations that the England football team should play more like Swansea the Welsh influence is gaining ground all of the time.

Most importantly, Welsh SMEs are reporting that the economy is picking up. So, as the mood in the country begins to lift and as we approach the autumn political conference season we should make sure that our leaders know exactly what kind of contribution construction makes to the Welsh economy. So please tell us your good news, pass on the lessons you have learned and share your best practice through us at CEW – we will pass it on via our events, emails, blogs and posts on social media as well as direct to Government and civil servants.
