Welsh Public Sector Clients Taking a Lead on BIM
As the use and benefits of BIM become more widespread across the industry one of the important debates currently underway is the degree to which clients should lead on the application of BIM and how strongly should the supply chain push the agenda. Last week CEWales and CLAW, the Consortium of Local Authorities in Wales, which includes all 22 Welsh local authorities, started to develop a BIM toolkit for clients in the Welsh public sector.
