Design for Deconstruction (D4D) Feasibility Study

Design for Deconstruction (D4D) is an ambition of Welsh Government to push waste up the hierarchy and increase the reuse of materials. In response to this we have produced a feasibility report on D4D for the industry in Wales.

The report was informed by topic research and industry feedback via the analysis of existing literature and interactive workshops. The overarching objective of the study is to examine the feasibility of D4D methods in construction practice and to provide guidance raising the profile of D4D.

CEW will be presenting the findings from the feasibility study at our breakfast event on Tuesday 14th October 8am – 9.30am, Cardiff (venue confirmed on registration). To register for this free event please CEWales
