Pinkspiration winners of the Leadership category at the CEWales Awards 2012 are delivering an award-winning Design Factor following a format similar to DIY SOS and 60 minute makeover, Design Factor is aiming to transform empty spaces and empty shops all over Wales.

Have you got a space in mind that you need some help with the design, planning and rebuild? Lisa Marie-Brown and her expert team from Pinkspiration have worked in the construction industry for several years and are at hand to help. Many of their innovative designs and build projects have featured in local and national press and they have worked with the BBC, ITV and C4.

After securing endorsement from Sir Richard Branson and Virgin Media, it is an exciting time to get your local community project off the ground. The renovation usually lasts around one week and you can link young people and community members to the build to learn new skills.

If your community-owned space is in need of a facelift, even if you do not have funding, they can help with a simple application process to turn your ideas into a reality.

The plan is to broadcast Design Factor and turn into a TV programme, helping to create sustainable employment and training opportunities for young people nationwide.
