Date Set for New Public Contract Regulations - 26 February 2015

The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 were laid in Parliament on 5th February 2015 and are due to come into force on 26th February 2015. The new public procurement rules will apply to new procurement exercises commenced on or after 26th February 2015.

UK Government’s Response to Consultation on new PCR In addition, the UK Government has now published its response to the consultation on the draft Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Training 
The Value Wales training provider, SBV Ltd., has training courses on the new Regulations scheduled for 20th February and 20th March 2015 in Waterton Centre, Bridgend. To book
